I am a dietitian who loves helping people improve their seizures and related disorders with the ketogenic and related low carbohydrate diets. I have 8+ years’ of experience as a registered dietitian nutritionist working with babies, children, adolescents, adults who are on the ketogenic and related low-carbohydrate diets.
I have worked with hundreds of people and loved ones of people who are on keto and low carbohydrate diets. As a result, I know all the challenges that can come with being on these diets. I also know all the foods, methods, and tricks that have helped people be successful on keto and other low carbohydrate diets. Now I’m here to share that with you.
I am also a leader in my field and have served in a variety of related roles. Since 2014, I have served as a content editor and writer for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Pediatric Nutrition Practice Group’s Building Blocks for Life newsletter.
